MEMORIES TO LAST A LIFETIME
Whether planning a rehearsal dinner, wedding or reception, Chadi Farm can help you make your occasion memorable. Our Gentleman's Farm with a lovely manor can open many doors for your gathering. Some of our past celebrations have included the rehearsal dinner set up as a family HO' Down, Pick Pickin' or Bar-B-Que. A relaxing set up to take the edge off of the wedding day jitters and enjoy the company of your family. Of course, everybody should come "cowboy style" especially the youngin's.
Weddings can either be formal or informal and move right into the reception. Picture the bride leaving the manor down the front steps to her white Victorian coach and riding down the gentle sloping drive to her groom standing in the carriage house. After the vows, bride and groom can be escorted away by coach for a ride through the valley of the cross, while the guests slide into their casuals, grab some vittles and kick up their heels with the band in the arena. Bride and Groom return for pictures with the wedding party and join the fun. You can imagine about anything and it can be done at Chadi Farm!
We can also be the finishing touch on a church wedding here in the valley. We can meet you at the church and bring husband and wife back to the farm for your reception. A great way to finish your magical day!

We realize some dreams were made many moons ago. The large picture was done at a young woman's childhood fishing pond. We were blessed to be a part of such a lovely dream.

Wedding Planning Tips from "Down the Aisle Country Style"
*Start planning as soon as possible after setting the wedding date. Research and shop to determine your options.
*Keep alert for sales at craft outlets, paper goods stores and businesses that carry merchandise in bulk.
*Use your imagination to see how everyday objects can be useful. Paper tablecloths can serve as wallpaper to brighten up a barn-turned-banquet hall, a barrel can hold a guest book, a hay wagon can double as a bandstand, etc.
*Welcome family and friends' offers to help. Folks who enjoy cooking, music, flower arranging or sewing will likely be honored to share their talents.
*Get the wedding party involved. Hold crafting bees and invite your bridesmaids to help make favors and decorations for the reception.
*Bake a modest-sized decorated cake for display and simple sheet cakes in different flavors to provide the necessary number of servings.
*Decide if you want formal wedding photos, relaxed candids or a combination and where you'd like them taken. Prepare a list of shots for the photographer to save time and money.
*...Make sure your setting is compatible with the size of the bridal party and guest list, seating, decorations and accessibility for guests.
